Apply for a Smart-E loan

Apply for preapproval on the Smart-E platform directly. Smart-E will preapprove your loan and inform you and your contractor.

Notify your Smart-E contractor

Once your Smart-E loan is preapproved, your contractor will send project details to our Smart-E team. We’ll make sure your project meets the program’s energy efficiency standards.
