The Indiana Energy Independence Fund is seeking a qualified accountancy/professional services firm to support the organization’s financial compliance needs for fiscal year 2025. Services will include:
- Conduct the annual audit of the organization’s financial statements for the year ending on December 31, 2025; option to renew based on acceptable performance for up to five years are expected
- Prepare the related management letter and accompanying notes to the financial statements
- Present the audit results and management letter at the IEIF Board of Directors Finance and Investment Committee meeting
- Prepare a transmittal letter and certified financial statements to IEIF grantors
- The audited financial statements and accompanying management letter would ideally be completed by April 30th, but must be completed no later than June 29th
- Prepare an extension request (if needed) and the annual IRS Form 990
